On February 20th 2025, Tiancheng’s 5-meter wide flag fabric overcame numerous challenges and achieved successful trial production on a 5.4-meter wide setting machine.

The Ultra-wide 5-meter seamless flags have been a technical challenge in the flag fabric industry, with previous maximum fabric widths limited to 3 meters due to equipment and technical constraints. Since the second half of 2024, Tiancheng has implemented comprehensive breakthroughs in equipment and technology, reforming processes across all production stages - from greige fabric manufacturing to dyeing, fabric finishing and fabric setting. The first batch of 500 kg (approximately 1,000 meters) of green knitted flag fabric, matching the background color of Kazakhstan’s national flag, was successfully finished setting on February 20th. This milestone establishes Tiancheng as China’s first manufacturer capable of producing 5-meter seamless flag fabrics, laying a material foundation for the industry’s ultra-wide flag production and marking a significant technological contribution to the global flag manufacturing sector.
