On January 20th, the workshop of Tiancheng Company were filled with a bustling yet orderly atmosphere as the “Meticulous & Spirit of Craftsmanship ”2025 Employee Skills Competition was in full swing.

To inspire employees’potential, encourage mutual learning, enhance skills, promote craftsmanship and further improve product quality, Tiancheng Company launched a large-scare skills competition across all the workshops at the beginning of the new year. The competition covered every position in the workshops, with full participation from all employees.  After a day of intense competition, the first and second-place winners for each position were determined. The competition effectively improved employees’job-related skills, sparked enthusiasm for skill development and contributed to higher production quality.
